After all these basic thing you will be ready to enter into the web world.
i prefer to learn PHP because blogs like wordpress, CMS sites like joomla, drupal etc. are again written in PHP. and the second advantage is that php is open source, you don’t have to buy anything to use PHP..
for learning purpose you need a utility called Apache2triad.
Download it and everything will be installed in your system (Apache, PHP, MySQL etc….)

That all was for the learning purpose.
Now the real thing, create blogs according to your interest ( i prefer http://www.blogger.com), do SEO to fetch traffic from search engines, put adsense ads on your blog and start earning from it.
(its not as easy as it looks, but this will be just a start.)

I just have one problem, I cant see star plus/star one/zee and sony. I guess these are the best channels in India at the moment. Is it possible for you to make sure these 4 channels are online. tks again

Some channels are not working because of bandwidth problem but they will be working in future…. i think almost all the News channels are working which is important. [:)] thank you for your words Saurav.
